The successful candidate will manage all phases of project delivery, from planning to execution and completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within budget and on schedule. The role requires close collaboration with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and resolve any project-related issues that may arise.Responsibilities and Tasks:Oversee the planning, management, and execution of linemarking projects across various sites, including roads, warehouses, hospitals, schools, buildings, and airports, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Collaborate and oversee the clients, suppliers, and contractors, attending project meetings to address any concerns and guarantee the successful completion of each project.Maintain ongoing communication with all project stakeholders (managers of companies such as Amazon, Coles, Port Botany, Tesla, etc.), including clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, to manage any changes, variations, or modifications in project scope. Facilitate negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.Efficiently allocate and manage resources required for the timely completion of each project, swiftly addressing any issues or requirements as they arise.Supervise the performance of staff and contractors, ensuring all linemarking work adheres to safety and quality standards. Provide regular reports to the CEO on progress, issues, or necessary adjustments.Prepare and organize detailed project documentation, and present updates to senior management on a weekly basis, offering recommendations where necessary.Ensure that all project activities comply with industry standards and contractual obligations, handling contract variations, schedules, and service agreements as required.Review and compile reports on project activities, collecting relevant data, analyzing outcomes, and providing clear, actionable insights to senior management.Requirements:Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination.Knowledge of technical standards for linemarking in civil infrastructure and road projects (including warehouses, airports, schools, buildings, parking lots, etc.).Ability to understand and interpret architectural and engineering plans in detail.Experience with contract management, including reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, schedules, and services.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts and services.Experience managing and maintaining project documentation.Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are successfully met.Experience supervising contractors and reporting on work variations.Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare and review reports on project progress and organizational activities.Ability to gather, analyze, and present data related to projects effectively.We Offer:Competitive annual salary of $120,000 AUD.Professional development and career growth opportunities.A dynamic, supportive, and collaborative work environment.If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, please send your CV and cover letter to info@citylinemarking.com.au.
