As a Customer Service Representative in our Southbank based Contact Centre, you will play a vital role in not only booking all new customers their first appointment with an Ashley and Martin Consultant, but ensuring they attend the appointment and take those first steps on their hair regrowth journey. Description We have 1 part time position available, 40 hours per fortnight. Operating on a rostered basis the successful applicant will have full availability to work shifts between the hours of 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday. Responsibilities: Managing and scheduling appointments for all new customers. Interact with customers over the phone and coordinate appointments to ensure maximum attendance rate. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Provide accurate and timely information to customers while ensuring their needs are met. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system Zenoti. Collaborate with team members and departments to address customer enquiries and maximise bookings. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet. Outstanding customer service skills in a Call Centre environment with a genuine desire to assist customers. Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure. Proficiency in using Call Centre software and CRM systems. Previous experience booking appointments within a Call Centre role. Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential.
