Are you passionate about creating delightful experiences in a vibrant café setting? One Table Café, a part of Churches of Christ, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Café Attendant to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview
As a Café Attendant, you will participate in the daily operations of One Table Café, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and fostering a collaborative and enjoyable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Handle inventory and cash control, and support event organization.
Barista Duties: Prepare high-quality beverages, maintaining equipment and ensuring quality control.
Customer Service: Provide outstanding service, manage orders, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Café Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
Essential:
Certified Barista course or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two years' experience as a Barista and Wait Staff in a café setting.
Proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
Current driver's license.
Desirable:
Certificate II in Hospitality.
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
Experience in supervising café operations.
