Thorough skills in reading and understanding detailed hydraulic circuit diagrams. Strong ability to analyse and work with electrical schematics for system troubleshooting and maintenance. Familiarity with wireless communication technologies and their practical applications in industrial settings. Awareness of Common Operating Platforms, including command and control systems relevant to automated or heavy machinery operations. Basic comprehension of the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model and associated layers, along with their relevance to system communication. Prior experience in servicing and maintaining Komatsu machinery (preferable but not mandatory). Skilled in fostering productive relationships with both internal teams and external clients. Ability to perform effectively both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team. Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, consistently promoting Komatsu products and solutions.
