Managing incoming customer inquiries by phone and email promptly and professionaly, build strong client relationships, and escalate concerns when necessary.
Process timesheets, job cards, invoices, and debtors collection in a timely and accurate manner.
Complete daily administrative tasks, including risk assessments, customer charges, quotes, supplier invoices, bookings, and archiving.
Assist with scheduling servicing, booking jobs, processing purchase orders, and supporting sales activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, report WH&S violations, and provide daily updates to management.
Maintain organised records, keep internal systems updated in real-time, and effectively manage branch communications.
What do you bring?
Must be available for an immediate start.
2+ years of experience in an administration or service-co-ordinator role.
Previous experience in a similar industry; heavy equipment, car hire, construction etc.
Highly organised with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential, and familiarity with CRM systems or HR platforms is a bonus.
