We are seeking a driven and growth-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of business opportunities within the commercial sector, specifically targeting facility management and building/industrial owners in New South Wales (NSW). This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, partner with senior leaders, and contribute to the company's growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies in alignment with company goals. Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings. Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Leaders in NSW to target facility managers and building owners for business expansion. Implement sales strategies to exceed business development targets. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by offering tailored solutions. Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to identify emerging business opportunities. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. What We Are Looking For: Proven success in business development, sales, or account management in the facility management or building services industry. Technical qualifications or relevant experience in Fire or Mechanical services Strong track record in cold calling, relationship building, and closing deals. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Self-motivated and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
