This includes, but is not limited to Marketing, Corporate Communications, Product, Events and Customer Experience.The successful candidate will be a highly motivated creative professional with a strong level of expertise in copywriting, and the ability to apply knowledge to implement marketing strategies to achieve business outcomes. The Content Writer will also possess a deep understanding of Generative AI technologies and high-level prompt engineering skills.Key Responsibilities Strong technical copywriting knowledge developed over years in the field.Interpret content/copywriting briefs liaising with stakeholders across Qantas Loyalty and external stakeholders when necessary.Collaborate with designers, content creators, strategists, UX, marketing managers and other stakeholders wherever necessary to fulfil content/copywriting briefs.Liaise with Marketing Managers and other Qantas Loyalty stakeholders to understand and provide feedback on copy briefs across the end-to-end delivery process. Be able to assist a large range of stakeholders across varying topics with confidence, including matters of brand and tone of voice.Provide advice, share knowledge and expertise, and actively collaborate with Loyalty Marketing, Digital, Commercial, Product and Content teams in addition to teams across the wider Qantas Group, including the Airline Creative Studio.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.Ensure that all tasks and responsibilities comply and conform with relevant regulatory and quality requirements, and Company policies and standards.You'll Have A minimum 5 years' experience as a copywriterTertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or journalismSound experience in managing multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to self-motivateExceptional client service and stakeholder management skillsAbility to communicate with, and manage numerous internal stakeholders at one timeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrategic thinking, logical and analytical problem solving skillsKeen interest in digital marketing trends, best practice and innovation.Why Qantas?
