Chisholm is seeking an experienced Executive Officer for our CMM Services Team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Executive Officer –CMM Services is accountable for the effective provision of the Curriculum Maintenance Management (CMM) Services as required under the Higher Education and Workforce Grant Program Common Funding Agreement (the CFA) between the State of Victoria through Victorian Skills Authority (VSA) of the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions (DJSIR) and Chisholm Institute.
This role focuses on meeting the Core Service Deliverables (CSDs) as described in the CMM Service Accountability Framework under the Agreement:
* CSD 1: Consult and develop draft Victorian Purchasing Guides (VPG) for Government approval.
* CSD 2: Review and provide advice to the Government on Training Package development, approval, and implementation.
* CSD 3: Share intelligence and provide advice to Government on vocational education and training issues relating to key CMM Service outputs.
* CSD 4: Develop, maintain and monitor Government-owned Accredited Courses.
Chisholm Institute is responsible for Business Industries (BI) and General Manufacturing (GM) areas. The incumbent is responsible for both areas. The porfolios and CMM accountability framework are subject to review and update time to time.
Business industries encompasses training packages within business (BSB), finance (FNS), parts of property services (CPP), information and communication technology (ICT), local government (LGA), public sector (PSP), public safety (PUA), police (POL), correctional services (CSC), defence (DEF) industry sectors and Victorian accredited courses.
General Manufacturing encompasses training packages within manufacturing (MSM), sustainability (MSS), Food beverage and pharmaceutical (FBP), printing and graphic arts (ICP), chemical, hydrocarbons and refining (PMA), laboratory operations (MSL), plastics, rubber and cablemaking (PMB), textiles, clothing and footwear (MST), seafood industry (SFI), Australian meet processing (AMP) and Victorian accredited courses.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills, qualifications and experience in:
* An equivalent combination of relevant VET qualifications or training.
* Extensive experience in VET Industry in variety of roles
* Broad and current knowledge of the Australian vocational education system, operating Standards and relevant policies.
* Experience working in a Registered Training Organisation and delivery of vocational education and training
* Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with industry or other VET stakeholders in relation to training package and accredited course development and implementation.
* Demonstrated experience in managing education-focused projects.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver consultancy services in relation to CMM Service Core Service Deliverables as detailed in the Agreement.
* Demonstrated capacity to manage and work effectively, independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
* Highly developed professional interpersonal skills.
* High level of digital literacy including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and proficiency with databases.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
* Demonstrated ability to conduct research, prepare reports and conduct presentations.
