We now have a contract opportunity for a Senior Associate Director of Development, Science until July 2026. Building on a number of established relationships and a strong trajectory of major and principal gifts, this position will establish, manage and nurture a number of philanthropic relationships with existing and prospective donors for the STEM and Business portfolios. The incumbent will take a leadership role in fundraising within the Science Team within the STEM and Business Portfolio and will use their skills and experience to close gifts of $1 million and attain significant personal fundraising targets. The incumbent will also grow and develop a small team of high performing fundraising staff who will work collaboratively with the wider Advancement Portfolio. Working closely with academic leadership, this position is also charged with growing a culture of philanthropy with our academic partners to increase awareness of and engagement with the fundraising process.
