**Retail Leader Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Retail Leader to join our team at Coles, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and colleagues.
The Coles Online Department is responsible for selecting and packing online orders in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. Orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect / concierge service or delivered to our customers in our Coles delivery vans.
You will report to the Store Manager and be accountable for the day-to-day running of the online department. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading a team of Personal Shoppers to achieve sales targets and meet customer expectations
* Ensuring the efficient selection and packing of online orders
* Maintaining high standards of customer service and visual merchandising
* Coordinating with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and resolve any issues that may arise
