They are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Finance Manager to take charge of managing the financial operations for the business.
You'll oversee all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting along with managing work-in-progress reports and conducting in-depth financial analysis.
The Position:
Reporting to the Directors, your primary responsibilities will include:
Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll managementManage and lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to inform and support strategic business decisionsConduct project costing analysis by comparing actual costs to estimatesPerform detailed WIP analysis to monitor project progress and profitabilityCalculate and manage FBT obligationsEnsure the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basisDevelop, implement, and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure complianceProvide strategic financial advice and actionable recommendations for decision-makingPrepare and manage bank guarantees to support business stabilityEnsure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirementsLead, mentor, and develop the finance teamOversee cash flow planning and managementThe Candidate: CPA or CA qualifiedProven proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and in-depth financial analysisComprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and complianceAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to create complex models and analysesFMCG, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure industry experience is highly desirableAbility to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated success in leading and developing a high-performing finance teamThe Benefits: Circa $155,000 plus super plus bonusParking on siteWell established and stable environmentAn organisation with high staff retentionHands-on position with ongoing challenges #J-18808-Ljbffr
