Their innovative and customer-first approach has earned them a reputation for excellence in the industry.We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead critical CTP-related projects that align with our client's strategic goals and enhance their operational capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Project Manager for CTP projects, you will:Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects within the CTP insurance domain, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, actuaries, claims teams, and legal/compliance experts, to align project objectives with business needs and regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, risk management plans, and resource allocation.Ensure alignment with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements, particularly within the CTP insurance landscape.Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact project outcomes.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, key milestones, and potential challenges.Champion agile and/or hybrid methodologies to deliver value incrementally and adapt to changing priorities.Monitor and evaluate project performance, using KPIs and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.Manage project documentation, ensuring transparency and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.Essential Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Project Manager in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on CTP insurance or related domains.Demonstrated ability to manage projects involving regulatory compliance, claims management systems, or product development within the insurance sector.Strong understanding of CTP frameworks, policies, and processes, including stakeholder dynamics and customer impact considerations.Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.Solid understanding of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools).Preferred QualificationsPrior experience managing projects involving digital transformation or system migrations in the insurance sector.Knowledge of the broader insurance landscape, including motor, property, and liability lines.Suitable candidates should submit their CV online to be considered immediately.
