If you have experience in banking or the finance industry and are ready to take your career to the next level, then this may be the opportunity for you!As a Personal Banking Consultant, your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem-solving, and proactively promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer lending and carry leadership skills.Some of your key duties will include having quality conversations and educating our Members on our products and services, performing Member transactions, and maintaining accurate records in our systems. Your positive manner, attention to detail, and eagerness to remain up to date with skills and knowledge will allow you to succeed in this role.This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week.
