About the role Reporting to the Warehouse Manager within the Retail Ready Operations Australia function, you'll be responsible for coordinating and controlling the manufacturing processes, leading and coaching team members, and managing resources to optimise production and achieve business results. About you and your skills A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a production supervisor or team leader role in a food or fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideally within a fresh packed processing environment. Able to lead, develop and inspire team members, building capability, driving accountability, and creating a great place to work in a fast-moving, high-volume environment. Knowledge of the food processing industry and well-versed in food safety practices such as HACCP and GMP principles. Strong understanding of high-speed automatic food packaging machinery. Experience in production planning, stock control, and resourcing. Resilient with a proactive commitment to continuous improvement. Degree qualification in Engineering/Food Technology (or equivalent).
