A rewarding fulltime Collections and Member Services position has become available at our Head Office in Varsity Lakes.Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pmTo be considered for this role you will have: A high level of Collections, Customer Service and dispute resolution experienceDeliver exceptional customer service to our valued MembersThe ability to work independently and co-operatively in a team with enthusiasmAbility to prioritize and complete tasks to an agreed time frameDemonstrated decision making using highly developed interpersonal, verbal, dispute resolution and written communication skills Manage and take ownership of accountsStrong administration skills – Including Microsoft word and ExcelYour Duties will include but not limited to:Contacting outstanding Debtors – via phone, email and smsMember EducationGeneral Phone calls Other duties as required.Ongoing training with be provided for the successful application.
