About the role
The Senior Clinical Social Worker provides social work services, as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team, in a particular clinical area of CALHN which requires advanced social worker skills and knowledge. In addition to a clinical caseload, the incumbent provides consultancy to others and advises management in the area of expertise; provides clinical practice supervision to assigned staff and students; and contributes to education activities across the Single Service, Multiple Site model.
The incumbent initiates and participates in quality improvement activities and research projects to support best practice and to optimise service delivery and outcomes.
