Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant based in Morphett Vale, SA. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing diaries, and utilizing strong clerical and communication skills to assist the team, including the preparation of Contracts & Form 1s.
Qualifications
* Excellent Communication skills
* Diary Management and Clerical Skills
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* Experience with agentbox CRM preferred but not essential
