Gippsland Motor Group are seeking a Customer Service Consultant with a positive can-do attitude and a passion for success.
We are a multi-franchise dealership incorporating Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar Land Rover, Peugeot, Suzuki & MG.
As part of our Customer Service team, you will have a unique opportunity to deal with a wide variety of customers, industry-leading luxury manufacturers & vehicles, learn about the automotive repair business, contribute to the wellbeing of others and to work in an inspirational team culture.

What does a day look like for you?
* You will be responsible for the reception and processing of customer enquiries
* Communicating customer requirements to our workshop team
* Responding to technician advice and communicating to our valuable customers
* Processing paperwork
* Face to face communication as well as on the phone
* Working within a fantastic team, promoting a positive work environment
You will be working for one of Gippsland’s largest Automotive dealer groups, who promote internal growth and a wide variety of career progression opportunities.
Promoting a healthy work life balance and working within a well-established positive team environment.
Additional requirements:
* Automotive experience is preferred but is not mandatory
* Demonstrated computer skills and phone skills in previous roles
* High standard of literacy and numeracy skills
* Current driver’s license
* The role is full time Monday - Friday
