Subscriber Services and Acquisition Consultant We are Geografia, a demographic, economic and spatial analysis consultancy. We work for Government and private sector organisations, helping them to make good policy and investment decisions. Our core services include data product development (including the industry-leading Spendmapp), innovative analytics, and consulting services. Our expertise extends across the disciplines of economics, urban planning, social and demographic research, and geography. We are looking for someone with: A record of building strong relationships with customers or clients, in a commercial environment The interest and energy to be proactive and generate ideas for business growth Impeccable written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and administrative abilities with an eye for detail Expertise in the MS Office Suite including Excel, and exposure to CRM systems Exposure to the Australian Local Government sector (desirable) Experience supporting the delivery of SaaS products (desirable) Proven record of delivering to marketing or sales plans (desirable). Who will: Provide responsive and high-quality service support to Geografia's Spendmapp subscribers Communicate proactively and regularly with subscribers, assisting them to make the best use of Spendmapp Suggest improvements to customer service processes and business development workflows for greater efficiency and impact Maintain the currency and completeness of the CRM system Support the marketing and sales efforts for new subscribers Identify opportunities for product enhancements and for the provision of customised and consulting services to subscribers.
