We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join the Property Finance team, reporting directly to the National General Manager, Property Finance. This pivotal role is essential in driving risk and compliance initiatives, managing detailed reporting and expense analysis, handling HR-related inquiries, and maintaining seamless day-to-day operations across a broad array of responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead risk and compliance reporting activities, ensuring both accuracy and alignment with the organisation's strategic goals. Conduct thorough analysis of metrics and expenses to provide actionable insights that support informed decision-making. Serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of team needs. Manage diverse ad hoc tasks to respond effectively to evolving business priorities. Partner closely with the National General Manager to enhance operational efficiency and continuously refine processes. Develop and lead the implementation of action plans to achieve key business goals in partnership with Business Operations and Operations Managers. Manage operating rhythms, disciplines, and communications that support business development, performance, customer advocacy, and engagement. What's in it for me? Extensive experience in a similar operations or risk management role. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and influence relationships at senior levels. Flexible, agile, and highly adaptable to change, thriving in dynamic environments. Proven capability in managing complex, cross-functional tasks and delivering operational excellence. Proven change leadership, turning concepts into execution. Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Power Point, Excel, One Note). Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
