To meet our Carbon Neutral 2030 strategy, we are integrating the substantial natural gas resources and the world class renewable energy potential of the Perth Basin region, to pave the way to a lower carbon future.About the role: Reporting to the Senior Contract Lead, the Procurement Specialist role will assist with the sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships to support Strike's operating assets. This newly created role is pivotal in ensuring the timely delivery of quality goods and services to enable high reliability operations whilst adhering to cost, safety, environmental and Corporate and Procurement (C&P) standards.Key Responsibilities Compliance with the operations C&P processes, sourcing materials, equipment, and services to support Strikes operating assets while aligning with budget, quality, and timeline requirements.Develop and maintain effective relationships with local and international suppliers. Ensure supplier compliance with HSE and legal standards relevant to Western Australian regulations.Assist with contract negotiations and term agreements with suppliers to secure the best value for the company, managing contract lifecycles, amendments, renewals, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.Develop and maintain fit-for-purpose C&P practices through market analysis, supplier performance reviews, and cost optimisation initiatives.Support logistics and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels, coordinate shipments, and ensure the timely and safe delivery of goods to Strikes operational sites.The successful candidate will demonstrate: A minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the energy, mining, or oil & gas sector.High ethical standards and commitment to transparency and accountability.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks under tight deadlines.If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as Strike Energy reserves the right to close this vacancy without notice.#J-18808-Ljbffr
