Reporting to the Branch Manager, the service advisor will provide world-class service to our major mining, automotive, and power generation customers in the Port Hedland and Kimberley Region. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the service advisor will provide world-class service to our major mining, automotive, and power generation customers in the Port Hedland and Kimberley Region. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Serves as first point of contact with customer to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the branch location Employ exceptional knowledge of Cummins products in order to advise and recommend to customers Working closely with our Service Technicians and Branch Service Management teams.
