About The Role
The Finance and Payroll Administrator, Interpreting Services will be responsible for the smooth and accurate delivery of customer invoices and staff payroll for the Interpreting Services Team.
This position will be required to complete various tasks in a timely manner, and has a strong focus on growth through the provision of high-quality customer service.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
* Preparing all customer invoices for the interpreting service on a weekly and monthly basis.
* Preparing payroll for causal interpreters on a fortnightly basis.
* Creating and updating customer accounts.
* Collating monthly statistics for reporting purposes.
* Applying for and monitoring all staff EAF accounts and processing monthly claims according to usage.
* Response to and report on customer feedback, complaints and incidents in consultation with the Manager, Interpreting Service as required, in line with the organisation complaints procedure.
* Provide input to workplace innovation with improvements with a focus on growth and development of scalable systems and processes across the service.
