City Gardens Dental is seeking a friendly and professional part-time Receptionist to join our team.
In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
What you'll be doing
1. Greeting and welcoming patients as they arrive
2. Scheduling and managing patient appointments
3. Handling patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service
4. Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative tasks
5. Supporting the clinical team as required
What we're looking for
1. Availability four days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
2. Previous experience as a receptionist
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
5. Proficiency in using medical practice management software
6. A friendly, professional and empathetic demeanour
7. A commitment to providing high-quality patient care
