Personal Carer Traineeship - Residential | Blue Care Services | Bundaberg Pioneer Aged Care Facility
* Employment Status: Permanent Part time positions offering a minimum of 15 hours per week.
* Location: Bundaberg Pioneer Residential Aged Care Facility
* Remuneration: $31.21 p/hr + 11.5% Super + NFP Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay)
* The Program: Complete a Certificate 3 in Individual Support with us, while you earn an income! We’ll connect you with government funding so you complete the certificate at no cost! (valued at approx. $3650)
The Role:
Once a fully qualified personal carer you’ll provide care to your clients living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include:
* Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility
* Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
* Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
While completing your certificate you will undertake these same duties, with the guidance of a qualified Personal Carer.
What you’ll need:
* Basic experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
* NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
* Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
* Full right to work in Australia
