About the Role
Care workers, or support workers provide social and physical support to our clients. Each client is unique, with varying needs such as physical disabilities, dementia, and mental health conditions. Support may include undergoing basic medical checks and managing medication.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Support clients with everyday activities and help them engage in activities they enjoy.
* Assist with tasks such as personal care, household cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and transportation.
* Provide social support and respite for family members.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

* The ability to understand and follow procedures.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Effective communication and listening skills.
Requirements
* Certification in Personal Care, Aged Care, Community, or Individual Support (or equivalent).
* A Senior First Aid Certificate and an Unrestricted Driver's Licence.
* A current Police Clearance (which can be provided at no cost if needed).
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
