Job Description About this opportunity This role has accountability for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network and security solutions
Your key responsibilities will be to: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Cloud networking and Cloud VoIP systems. Develop and implement network design and architecture strategies to ensure optimal performance and scalability. Design and implement network segmentation to enhance security and performance. Configure and manage routing protocols to ensure optimal network performance and reliability. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and initiatives.– Work with Factory Engineering Leaders on Industry 4.0 & Automation Network design Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining appropriate measures and protocols. Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference. Your skills and experience To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Cisco Meraki, SD-WAN, Cloud networking, Cloud VoIP, network design and architecture, and network segmentation design and implementation. Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Proven track record of successful project implementations. Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, and other security frameworks. Knowledge of OT security principles and IoT security best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
