We are committed to our ongoing professional development and all members of team receive a professional membership to the Institute for Learning and Performance Asia Pacific.We are looking for someone to join our team that will:Lead and mentor a team of dynamic and diverse L&D professionals responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and evaluating L&D programs that build workforce capability.Consult with key stakeholders to inform the design of innovative learning programs and undertake evaluation to measure effectiveness of workforce capability programs.Manage and maintain the multi-modal CAT L&D programs designed to develop courts registry operational capabilities.Create effective L&D resources to support on-the-job capability development for a public facing operational workforce.Support the manager to lead the practical day to day development and implementation of workforce capability programs, which includes but is not limited to a range of initiatives such as onboarding programs, role specific learning programs (including systems training), cultural change and leadership development.Lead by example to promote a growth mindset and commitment to life-long learning.Applications to remain current for 12 months.Occupational group Education & Training
