Job Description
The ANZ Facilities Manager will ensure the efficient and effective functioning of Nando's Australia restaurants and ensure a safe working environment for all Nandocas by using industry best practice to manage resources, services and processes in a cost-efficient manner.
The ANZ Facilities Manager is directly responsible for the maintenance and facilities management of all company-owned Nando's restaurants and providing recommendations to franchised Nando's restaurants on an ad-hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities
* Review and transform our facility strategy, including repairs and maintenance (R&M), preventative maintenance (PM) and relevant life-cycle requirements.
* Analyse facilities management data, systems and processes, and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency.
* Maintain an effective R&M reporting system to support restaurant R&M needs.
* Lead the Restaurant Facilities Partner conduct and document planned routine facilities inspections to determine facilities issues and maintenance needs.
* Ensure the timely maintenance and repair of all key restaurant equipment, fixtures and fittings.
* Develop and review contracts and Service Level Agreements with key supplier partners.
* Plan and manage centralised contracts including refrigeration, HVAC systems, pest control, security, Test and Tag, fire services and information technology.
* Advise on, monitor and implement environmental initiatives e.g. waste management, energy efficiency and oversee environmental health and safety.

Requirements
* Extensive facilities management experience preferably within the food/restaurant/QSR sector.
* Experience in developing and/or transforming a facilities management function.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
* Demonstrated project management skills ideally in construction or maintenance.
* Ability to read and interpret leases and contracts.
* Tertiary qualifications preferrable.
* Working knowledge of HVAC technology and systems within restaurants.
* Working knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.

Additional Information
This full-time, permanent role is based in our Restaurant Support Office in Richmond and involves regular travel across ANZ.
