About the Role Our Tech Hub team is expanding and we're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our vast community of solvers.

The work undertaken in Tech Hub covers a range of areas from leading and supporting the company through to the build or adoption of new technology, to protecting against risk, and delivering valuable data insights that transform our technology capabilities.
Full Stack developers work in our development teams in a delivery function aimed to build custom built integrations, web applications or mobile applications.
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of both the front-end and back-end components of our applications.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
You'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Front-end technologies and framework (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Frameworks (Angular 4+, Microsoft MVC) Back-end technologies (.NET, Azure) and databases (SQL) RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Application delivery using Microsoft DevOps Application build and deployment mechanisms, e.g.
Azure DevOps pipelines Understanding version control management (e.g., Git). Problem-solving and debugging. Understanding cloud infrastructure. Logging and networking issues on major applications. Delivering results through others and providing advice vertically and horizontally Solving complex business problems with minimal guidance. Leading individual contributors who are experienced technical experts and/or leading medium-sized operational teams. Forming annual prioritization of work for yourself and your team in support of the broader BU agenda. Influencing others to support long-term strategic objectives at a Business and BU level. Managing a budget and monitoring spending for your area. In our Tech Hub team, your impact will be seen by:
Designing, developing and maintaining web applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks. Collaborating with designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
