What you’ll do
As our Product Manager - Digital Media, you will be responsible for managing the roadmap for Cartology’s display, content, and brand ecommerce products across Woolworths’ owned digital media ecosystem. In this role, you will be working closely with Woolies X, leading the Digital product commercialisation strategy and go-to-market plan, driving the success and revenue growth of the platform by growing and evolving Cartology’s ad product portfolio.
In this position, you'll demonstrate a remarkable ability to make the complicated simple, crafting and delivering market ready solutions, clearly communicating and collaborating with your key stakeholders from concept through to Go-To-Market.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
4. Manage and deliver the Digital Media product roadmap, aligned to product priorities
5. Use data and insights to ideate, plan, and build out concepts and enhancements to the Digital Media product portfolio
6. Define deliverable go-to-market plans through strong internal collaboration
7. Able to identify industry trends through a deep understanding of the digital and retail market
8. Craft scalable solutions which are relevant to the customer experience and help brands achieve their marketing outcomes
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:
9. 8+ years’ experience in ‘owned platform’ digital advertising and data roles, with experience launching and scaling digital media products
10. Solid understanding and experience in product management, project management, and go-to-market workflows
11. Understanding of technical processes, with the ability to discuss technical concepts in detail
12. Thrive at understanding complex business intent, exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills
13. Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with commercial acumen
