For over 50 years this practice has provided quality family medical care to the people of Leongatha and surrounding communities.
You'll have the support of a well-established accredited General Practice, with a strong culture of inclusivity, care and respect lead by a Practice Manager with 20 years’ experience, 12 Practice Nurses, Reception and Admin staff.
Supported and mentored by 5 experienced GPO’s, Leongatha is one of the busiest Rural Generalist run maternity units in Australia with approx. 200 births per year.
This excellent service promotes continuity of care both before, during and beyond pregnancy with the ability to manage your own patients labour and birth.
About the Role:
With a strong passion for developing the future workforce, this is an accredited training practice, with award winning supervisors. You will provide antenatal and postnatal care through a well managed General Practice, also providing VMO GP Obstetric services through Gippsland Southern Health Services - Leongatha Hospital.
We are looking for someone who will embrace our community and take joy in continuity of care through all stages of life.

Essential Criteria:
6. AHPRA Registration - General or Specialist

A town of approximately 7,000 people, it is a bustling centre for the surrounding farming community, renowned for the production of quality award winning produce.
