We are one of the leading Australian providers of innovative modular building solutions, meeting specific needs of the mining and construction industries, renewable energy and oil & gas projects. Based on site in WA (2:1 FIFO role), there is an exciting opportunity for a motivated senior contract administrator, supporting our contract management team. About the role: An excellent Senior Contract Administrator opportunity currently exists in our project support team with practical experience across building construction, contract management and project based financial administration. You will build effective relationships with our clients, sub-contractors, and our site team to actively contribute to the contract management of our current project. Skills and Experience: Manage a broad range of contract administration including finance, formal correspondence submissions, project support services and contract variations. Onsite document control and administration. Review contract terms and conditions and contract requirements including client variations, specifications, costs, and contract performance requirements. Promote sound contract management practices. Liaise with stakeholders for administration and reporting Assist with modifying project management plans and technical documentation. Assist with project handover documentation and duties as directed by the contracts team. You will need to have exceptional communication skills with a proactive approach to supplier and stakeholder engagement. You will have demonstrated experience in the delivery of supplier management activities or the delivery of sourcing activities. The ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment and with good time management skills. Help manage onsite records, track site hours, submit project claims, including responding to supplier variation queries.
