We’re on the hunt for a skilled CNC Machinist with hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machines to turn, lathe, and cut various metal sizes, producing precision components for high-stakes, complex equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components according to specifications.
* Set up machines, load and unload materials, and perform necessary adjustments.
* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
* Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to maintain accuracy.
* Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a CNC Operator
* Fitter & Turner Qualifications
* Strong understanding of CNC machinery, tools, and techniques.
* Knowledge of metals and their properties
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to remain focussed when working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
* Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with safety procedures and practices.
