In addition to reception duties, there is an element of AP to this position. Don't worry if you haven't performed these duties previously as all training will be provided; we're looking for someone who is a fast learner with a desire to contribute to the bigger picture. This is an initial 6-months but there is possibility for extension. Parking onsite is also provided. This is an on-site position. You will be responsible for: Reception: Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner Binding documents and laminating as needed Answering, transferring, and directing phone calls professionally Managing coffee machines, including restocking and maintenance Placing coffee orders for the office Ordering and maintaining stationery supplies Coordinating with technicians for any printer, machine, or IT-related issues Organising morning teas, meetings, and functions Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail Accounts Payable: Entering invoices into the system and ensuring proper filing Monitoring the invoices email inbox and responding promptly Following up on invoices with staff and the COS team as required Managing the disbursement of statements Performing creditor reconciliations to ensure accuracy Who You Are: You will have previous experience of working in a Receptionist position. You will be highly organised and be someone with outstanding interpersonal skills. You will be willing to go the extra mile and ensure that the first interaction a customer has with the business is an extremely positive one. As mentioned, full training in AP will be provided so if you don't have this experience it is no problem but you must have the willingness to learn.
