This exciting new role forms one of four key managerial positions in the Group's sales and marketing function. Heading up a growing team of fifteen (currently) Business Development Consultants, this role is responsible for:Appointment setting of all inbound leads for BDMs including lead qualification and discovery;Managing outbound campaigns to secure leads for BDMs;Phone based upsell and cross sell campaigns;Working with your team leaders to manage team activity / top of funnel metrics;Ongoing coaching and training for the Inbound and Outbound BD consultants (in consultation with Sales Enablement Manager);Recruitment and growing the team over the next 12-18 months;Close working relationships with the Commercial Director, Head of Marketing, Sales Team Managers.We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Sales Development who has proven experience managing a similar sized phone based sales function (this is essential) to join our team and be part of our exciting growth journey. Your natural flair for collaboration and communication, passion and resilience and able to bring a positive attitude to work each day.
