Our client has an influx of work and requires a Data Entry Operator to asisst with general Data Entry duties. You will be working for a global firm based in Melbourne’s South eastern suburbs.
These roles are on a contract basis, initially for 3 months with a view to extend. Whilst working with this global brand, the opportunity to apply for permanent positions within the business might become available and they always prefer offering their contract and temporary staff the opportunity to join them on a permanent basis when the opportunity arises.
Responsibilities
Daily functional duties include:
* Manual confirmation of runsheets where necessary
* Review of automatic confirmation for major errors, and release of postponed jobs as required
* Reconciling external subcontractor invoices to confirmed runsheets
* Creating and matching purchase orders to confirm external tipping
* Ensure Supervisor/Manager is kept informed of issues
* Attend and participate in regular team meetings
* Liaise with the operations teams in billing/confirmations issues
* Prepare and provide information on tasks to other stakeholders as instructed
* Assist the Billing Administration Team by providing daily administrative support.
* Ensure accuracy of revenue by review of reports and initiating corrective actions
* Other administrative duties as required.

Required Skill and Experience:
* You must have a background in a similar administrative role.
* Experience working across accounts and admin combined would be advantageous
* Proficient Computer Literacy
* Ability to start with a week or two notice
Please note: There is no ability to work from home for this role. You must be based in their office.
