Role Overview: We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Interior Decorator with a creative spark. In this role you will assist clients with specifications to complete the interior and exterior selections of their newly constructed home bringing the customers vision to life. Key Responsibilities: Proven background in either Interior Decorating, design or related role. Work with clients to determine colour selections for their new home. Bring creative visions to life, ensuring all selections align with the client’s style and budget and creative direction of the company. Conduct 'Finishing Touches' consultations, oWering expert guidance on elements such as paint colours, furniture selections, lighting, window coverings, artwork, and styling. Assist clients in making informed finishing selections for their renovation and extension projects. Maintain knowledge of current design trends and interior styling techniques. Deliver exceptional customer service Key Requirements: Certificate or Diploma in Interior Design/Decorating (or equivalent), or currently studying Dynamic professionalism with excellent presentation Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with our clients and to identify solutions A team player who can work unsupervised Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Strong organisational and time management skills/ ability to multitask and work to deadlines Advanced skills in Microsoft OWice and CRM systems – experience in Framework preferred Proficiency in design software (such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Adobe Suite) is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
