AUD 150000 - 160000 per annum, +Super+BonusBluefin is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Technical Product Owner for a major digital transformation program.
This role is responsible for ensuring product delivery plans align with business objectives and strategic outcomes, from initial concept through to operational implementation.
The successful candidate will lead a team of two direct reports and a number of contingent vendor resources to deliver high-quality features, ensuring the critical operational products are secure and maintain their service levels.The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
They will oversee service quality, operational stability, and IT risk management while contributing to strategies for service enhancement and compliance.Key experience required:Extensive Agile expertise: A minimum of five years' experience working in fully Agile environments.Technical: Previous experience working on integration projects is highly regarded.End-to-end product experience: Proven ability to manage the entire product lifecycle.Strategic problem-solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience addressing complex challenges at scale.Stakeholder collaboration: Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.Operational service management: Solid background in service stability, incident resolution, and operational processes.Vendor management: Expertise in developing and maintaining productive vendor relationships.Cross-functional alignment: Skilled at integrating business processes across diverse teams and functions.Negotiation and conflict resolution: Strong abilities in facilitating discussions and achieving alignment.Commercial and strategic insight: A deep understanding of business operations and commercial considerations.Leadership: Proven track record of leading, developing, and inspiring teams.Process improvement and change management: Experience driving continuous improvement and managing organisational change effectively.This is a permanent opportunity paying between $150-160k+Super+Bonus and requires 3 days per week in the office.
