With a range of services in many locations in Victoria and Tasmania, our 4,000 staff and 600 volunteers are committed to high-quality services and care.The Role: IT Systems ManagerAs an IT Systems Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the way we care for and support our ageing community. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:Management of vendors and ensure KPI's are delivered within agreed measures with regular reporting.Build partnerships and liaise with team leaders to determine services, delivery criteria, and solutions for technology issues.Make recommendations on whether to upgrade existing systems or install new ones.Analyse business operations and computer networking systems to determine which software applications could improve efficiency.Monitor the rollout of new software applications to ensure there are no problems.Create and oversee protocols and procedures for the use of any new software applications.Train technology staff on the use of any new software applications.Attend and travel to different sites within Victoria and occasionally Tasmania.ProjectsSupport Digital projects that depend on IT Systems and provide subject matter expertise as required.Provide technical resources to support successful delivery of projects working closely with the Head of Digital PMO.Participate in project steering committees and working groups where appropriate.About youRelevant Tertiary and/or industry qualifications.Minimum of 5 years experience in technology application support management.Proficient with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and security protocols.Knowledge of network applications, software, and operating systems.Expert in troubleshooting technology issues.Broad working knowledge of computer networking, installation, and administration.Experience with modern Microsoft operating systems and management of cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure.Proven experience in building positive relationships with staff and vendors.Capacity to effectively manage competing priorities and strict deadlines.Why Choose Uniting AgeWell?Joining Uniting AgeWell isn't just about a job; it's an opportunity to be part of a caring, innovative, and forward-thinking organisation.
