Reporting & Analysis Coordinator - Life Course CentreApplyLocation: Long PocketTime Type: Full timePosted on: Posted YesterdayJob Requisition ID: R-45277Life Course Centre (based in Institute for Social Science Research)Full-time, fixed-term position for up to three yearsBase salary will be in the range $98,582 - $107,349 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 7)Based at Long Pocket only 10 minutes from St Lucia CampusAbout This Opportunity An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Reporting & Analysis Coordinator based within the Life Course Centre.In this role, you will support the Life Course Centre's requirement to track performance against the objectives of the Centre of Excellence scheme, and report on progress towards goals to the Australian Research Council, University of Queensland, Centre partners and stakeholders.The Reporting & Analysis Coordinator has primary responsibility for development and maintenance of the Centre's database, which runs through the Zoho Creator platform.The incumbent will produce KPI reports for the Centre and provide high-level bibliometric, altmetric and publication analysis.In addition, the Reporting & Analysis Coordinator manages Centre financial transactions, including Letters of Award and other transfers.There is general responsibility for tracking and record keeping for the UQ Node of the Centre, including maintaining member records and financial tracking.Key Responsibilities: Reporting: Ensure that the Centre's database (Life Course Central, running through Zoho Creator) is fit for purpose, user friendly and aligned to the Centre's KPIs and other data needs.Analysis: Produce bibliometric, altmetric and other publications analysis of Centre research as required.Finance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of UQ financial policies, procedures and systems, as well as relevant grant requirements.Contract Management: Prepare Letters of Award, Contract Clearance Forms and Project Specification forms for the transfer of funding to other nodes.About You Completion of a degree with at least four years subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and broad knowledge in relevant administration and executive support functions; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education or training.Highly developed interpersonal skills both written and oral, including the demonstrated ability to consult, negotiate and liaise effectively with diverse groups within and external to the organisation and work cooperatively with colleagues across the organisation.Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet multiple deadlines while remaining flexible and responsive to organisational needs.Demonstrated administrative skills, including experience in the provision of executive assistance to senior staff, good financial management practices, and demonstrated skills in governance support and record-keeping.Demonstrated ability to work within a complex organisation, including the capacity to learn and apply policies and procedures across a broad range of operational areas.Highly developed computer skills and experience suitable for the breadth of work, including simple database management.Demonstrated ability to work independently, and within a team environment, using initiative, judgement and discretion and displaying a desire to learn new skills.Excellent accuracy, analytical skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of university organisation structures and a broad understanding of university corporate systems or a capacity to rapidly gain such knowledge.Experience working within a virtual team, distributed over a wide geographical area.The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including: right to work in Australia.Work Rights: You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply.Visa sponsorship is not available for this appointment.Want to Apply?
