Our client works with developers and government organisations to continually achieve approvals for significant and challenging projects. Additionally, they prepare strategic plans and urban designs for projects across Australia, including meaningful rural projects.
Are you sick of just repetitive DA work, perhaps being the "policeperson" in local government? With this opportunity, you will be involved in strategic planning, master plan work, and community liaison. You will also be working in a multidisciplinary consulting environment, alongside Urban Designers and Landscape Architects; collaborating with all of them. You will have the opportunity to progress your career in a more diverse and empowering organisation.
Responsibilities:Prepare planning reports and development applications, coordinate inputs, and confidently negotiate approvals with relevant authorities.Well organized and able to manage multiple planning projects effectively.Undertake Urban planning research and input to strategic master planning projects.Articulate communicator who can also write and edit clearly, producing accurate and persuasive reports as well as supporting presentations, maps, graphics, etc., using appropriate software.Enthusiastic and motivated professional looking to demonstrate their ability to take responsibility for project outcomes.Irrespective of your circumstances, please feel free to reach out to CTC.
