We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cafe Manager to join our team in beautiful Byron Bay. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service on a full time basis.Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas, kitchen staff, and waitstaff.Ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, maintaining the quality and consistency.Implement and maintain health and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.Develop and execute promotional activities to drive sales and increase foot traffic.
