About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate RTO Compliance & Audit Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring our training and education standards remain top tier. This position is a key player in both compliance leadership and driving innovation, working across internal audits, external audits, and strategic projects.
What You'll Do:
* Oversee and coordinate national internal audit schedules for regulatory and funded training.
* Lead responses to external audits and ensure our practices meet the highest standards.
* Mentor and guide teams to elevate operational performance and reduce risks.
* Ensure all courses on our scope of registration are compliant and up to date.
* Explore emerging industry opportunities and contribute to cutting-edge projects.
* Lead platform and system implementation to boost performance and drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring to the Team:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in the vocational education sector.
* In-depth knowledge of Regulatory requirements and experience working with State Bodies on funded training programs.
* A Certificate IV in Training and Assessing is essential; a Diploma of Auditing (or working towards it) will make you stand out!
* RTO experience is a must.
