Job Description
Amazon Ads seeks a Programmatic Solutions Consultant in Sydney, Australia to support customers utilizing our demand-side platform, Amazon DSP.
The ideal candidate will have experience in advertising technology and the programmatic advertising domain, with expertise in developing customer relationships and driving business objectives.
Responsibilities include:
* Owning relationships with programmatic trading desk managers
* Providing onboarding, trade desk support plans, feature training, and continuous product usage consultation
* Analyzing data to identify improvement areas and formulate enablement and adoption recommendations
* Driving the evolution of Amazon DSP by assisting customers with product beta participation and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Additional responsibilities include advocating for customers in internal forums, providing troubleshooting support, and simplifying and propagating customer feedback to inform product and services design.
Key Qualifications
Basic qualifications include:
* Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
* 3+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
* Experience with annual brand and media planning
Preferred qualifications include:
* Experience in e-commerce or online advertising
* Experience in omni-channel marketing, search engine marketing, or search engine optimization
* Experience working with DMPs, CDPs, and data migrations
