Unity College is seeking enthusiastic and passionate Educators (Children’s Services Employees) to join our supportive team!
You'll report to the coordinator and help primary-aged children grow and thrive in our before-school, after-school, and vacation care programs.
Opened in 2018, Unity College OSHC serves up to 60 children on the Sunshine Coast. We aim to create a vibrant space where children can explore, connect, and engage.
Casual Educator shifts range from 1-3 days during term time, with 25+ hours during vacation care.
A Day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

* Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
* Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
* Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements:
* Certificate III or a Diploma in Children Services (equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines) would be preferred.
* Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a self-directed play-based environment
