About the Role:

We're looking for a Transport Manager to join our Service team at our Alexandria Branch. Our typical working arrangement is early morning start and mid afternoon finish, leaving you plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your day and support your lifestyle. You will report to the Service Manager who oversees operations.
The key things you will focus on will be ensuring sufficient resources for daily route run completion, ensuring the safety and managing recruitment and performance, managing teams and promoting a positive working culture for your team.
This is a great team where we are supportive of individual and team development and encouraging our staff to grow.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
* Current people manager or 1+ years' managerial experiences, with drivers is advantageous.
* Fleet management experience is advantageous
* A valid driver licence
