As a Sales Director, you will develop relationships with qualified customers within the area of responsibility.
As well as defining sales plans and strategy within your remit, you will perform all prospecting, sales and solutions activities to increase sales / profitability.
You will play a fundamental role in developing future growth and providing guidance, support and advice to the Perm, Staffing and Delivery teams.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, this is a single contributor role that will not require you to manage a team.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of individual sales pipeline Maintain and nurture existing client relationships Sponsor of allocated 'high' growth National Account Sales and service activity with prospective and existing clients Setting and monitoring individual productivity and Sales targets Utilisation of appropriate business tools and systems Achieve an increase in the Sales revenue from current clients Develop dynamic and creative sales strategies to drive revenue and growth Profile
Actively working to grow the business at every opportunity, and continuously looking to grow the business across all the Adecco lines, your profile will look like:
Considerable and demonstrated experience in a national sales capacity including experience in the development and implementation of solution based sales in a competitive environment Sound knowledge of staffing, recruiting and consultancy processes and procedures Extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry, or employment services Demonstrated experience of dealing with senior stakeholders both internally and externally Demonstrated strategic ability Demonstrated ability to work to effective core cycles Project management skills Ability to demonstrate resilience and adapt well to change Job Offer
