HR Advisor - Brisbane
Contract Trem - Up to 12 month duration

Our commercial client, based in Logan, is seeking a talented HR Advisor to join their dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to provide specialist advice and support to key stakeholders, helping to elevate workplace culture and enhance employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and implement HR policies in line with legislative and company standards.
* Cultivate positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Lead recruitment and selection processes, including workforce and succession planning.
* Offer strategic leadership and operational management in people and performance matters.
* Drive HR projects aimed at improving employee wellbeing.
* Conduct sensitive workplace investigations with discretion and integrity.
* Ensure compliance with Standard Business Sponsorship requirements for skilled visas.
* Manage and document workers' compensation claims effectively.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor, ideally supported by a tertiary qualification in Business/HR or equivalent.
* Demonstrated success in delivering sound advice and operational input.
* Strong knowledge of the ER/IR legislative framework with exceptional influencing and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to engage and gain buy-in from stakeholders to execute new HR initiatives.
* Skill in translating HR concepts at various organizational levels with clarity.
* Practical, service-driven, and resilient style with a mature and grounded approach.
* Capacity to make informed commercial decisions and escalate issues as needed.
* Experience in developing and implementing contemporary HR processes and procedures.
* Familiarity with Tribunals (Workers Compensation and Fair Work Commission) is advantageous.
* Current National Police Clearance is required.
