Flexihire is currently seeking to appoint a dynamic and motivated person to join the team in our established Rocklea branch.
You will be part of a growing team with local support branches and a total of 18 other branches throughout the state.
About the role Take the lead & own the daily hire counter and logistics operations for the branch.
Optimise utilisation of transport and equipment through effective planning and liaising with all SEQ branches.
Managing customer service interactions.
Support with customer service, telephone sales, booking deliveries, coordinating equipment maintenance, administration, and general support.
Work closely with all 5 Brisbane branches on a daily basis to support a large customer base.
Learn about machinery from small hand tools to large compaction rollers and elevated work platforms.
Assist and liaise with mechanics in the workshop.
The key skills required for this role include: Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
Experience with managing people.
Sound experience with IT applications including Microsoft suite.
Strong collaboration skills with other team members, suppliers, and customers.
Ability to run reports, audit documentation and adhere to procedures.
